Can an aboveground pool pump be fed from a subpanel (240v 4 wire) in a nearby shed that was fed with UF cable?

The wiring to the pump receptacle would be thwn in conduit with an insulated ground.

Thanks for any help with this.

It seems that 680-25(d) (1) "approved cable assembly with insulated OR COVERED equipment grouunding conductor" would allow it for existing installations.
