My $75 Harbor Freight SDS roto-hammer has worked just fine for two years now; haven't seen the need to upgrads. Ditto on their band saw. Don't bother with their Sawzall clone.
NORCAL, your suppliers are correct about Porter-Cable being sold except they are actually being sold to Black & Decker. Dewalt is also a division of B&D.
