i found a pgm at staples called 3D Home Architect by Broderbund. it is very easy to learn. you draw out the floor plan and it will do the dimentions, place required outlets, all types of switches, lights etc and draw connection lines. it will also give a bill of materials. all this for only $10 bucks! what more would a contractor need. good luck. ken m

Uhhh... I use MS Paint...

Don't laugh, it has less of a learning curve that CAD programs and looks a little better than hand drawn... Good enough for the city of Lewisburg...
