Indeed it is. I have a receiver elsewhere in the house feeding the Kitchen TV, a TV upstairs, and the tuner card in the PC. The remote is a UHF one controlling the receiver upstairs (it is carried back and forth to the kitchen and the HO). An IR universal controls the upstairs receiver.

I'm repainting and recarpeting my "computer room" at the moment, so my system is in temporary quarters in my bedroom standing on assorted boxes and cases until I get everything organized again!
I hope you've finished this by now!. [Linked Image]

This is my hole (as my wife calls it).
Right in the living room. That's my latest "woodie" PC under the monitor. Wireless keyboard and mouse, network connected to the rest of the fleet.
There is another PC in the bottom drawer of the file cabinet and another one under the TV

That is just the floor level stuff. I also have a bunch of stuff in the wall that follows the railway right of way around the room on the G guage train in the fiist pix.

Hmm Greg,
Cat-5e wire, you'd better be hoping that you aren't using that as a Phone line, otherwise the Cat-3 police will be on you tail.
And you think I'm joking do you?. [Linked Image]
