It was really an ordeal for her with 39hrs of labor or therabouts. I had the easy part in the waiting room, although if I had thought about it more I would've brought a book or something. (No TV there
)
I was going downstairs after a nice thick (pink) Roast Beef hero I'd seen earlier, but they said she was pushing at 1:00, so OK, I'll wait. Two hours later, still pushing ... decided to go down anyway. Only
Tuna left. (That was the extent of
my hardship)
The power didn't go out until after she delivered and we were waiting to go in and see them. It wasn't too bad there but did start getting warm later because the AC was out. All-in-all, not really too bad though. I think the city-dwellers had things much worse.
