Hello Everyone!
Thank you very much for your time and knowledge with this matter. I ended up cutting the zip-ties off of the runs and spreading them out on top of the foundation wall as there is ample space. I placed short, rubber coated utility hooks every 4 feet between the joist and top of the wall so that the runs would not fall/sag if they went over the edge for some reason. This was easy enough and hopefully o.k. to do.
