Interesting that it's coming out the top of the duplex.
Judging by the peeling paint, water has been an issue at this site.

Thanks for the pics! Thought I remembered they had water coming out of Light Fixtures, but couldn't find anything like that. Bill

In 2008 I spent some vacation time in a few rather questionable hostels in Ireland (some were great, others probably should have been reported to the authorities). Anyway, just when we were checking out of one of them, we noticed water starting to pour out of the recessed halogen lights above the reception desk SO it does happen in real life!

It's in the same Stooges episode....Water fills the light bulb in the kitchen, then explodes. The kitchen clock begins spinning wildly and flies off the wall. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXhfkuK9KaM3 years later they came back to the same kitchen but the Stooges were supposed to fix the doorbell. The scene where Curly is atop the pole (beginning at about 7 minutes) is a classic http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6u6vhTudY4Tex, Did you stay in the hostel anyway?

I've heard electricity called "juice", so maybe that's what that is...

I always use water as a metaphor to talk about electricity....
