That looks like an old "Crow foot" pattern. They were used in this area many years ago. I believe it was good for 220 volt, 15 or 20 amps only. (Not sure if it was 15 or 20 though or both.)

The rating of the receptacle is printed right on its face.
10A-250V, 15A-125V.

That isn't an Aus/NZ socket, reason I say that is the the contacts are too far apart for the Phase and Neutral pins of a standard plug here.
It might be an Argentinian version where the phase and neutral are transposed, but don't fit our plugs.
One other thing, anything made for the Aus/NZ market has a switch on it, so you can turn off the 230V before you pull the plug out of the socket.
