That looks like an old "Crow foot" pattern. They were used in this area many years ago. I believe it was good for 220 volt, 15 or 20 amps only. (Not sure if it was 15 or 20 though or both.)
That isn't an Aus/NZ socket, reason I say that is the the contacts are too far apart for the Phase and Neutral pins of a standard plug here. It might be an Argentinian version where the phase and neutral are transposed, but don't fit our plugs. One other thing, anything made for the Aus/NZ market has a switch on it, so you can turn off the 230V before you pull the plug out of the socket.
