I can't remember the color of the PVC, It was a awhile ago and the EE was watching that part of the job because it was a 4160 volt medium voltage cable line. I did see some of the trenching and everything was encased in red concrete. I did see the red concrete everywhere around that job site. The EE also sign and sealed a letter stating that everything was installed properly and tested before energizing the circuit.
