They should have added one of those CATV-contractor clips to the meter pan for their ground!


Is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?

Where's the service neutral conductor?


It looks like there are only 2 wires coming into the service, and the lug is empty.

Am I missing something?

Amazing.

It looks like a dirty conductor -- #6 (?) is under the central lug -- and trailing off to the right.

Weird.

There is a bare conductor being used as the neutral. Hard to see but it is there.
