Draw it out again this time More Detail Showing Phase wires, Neutral wires, Grounding Electroid Conductors, Equipment grounding conductors & wire sizes.
Also just curious since you don't have breakers to feed the two 480v 100 amp switches I take it your taking them off the (Load side) of the 200 amp using the tap rule & proper Lugs?? Service MUST be grounded per 250.52
Transformer Grounding per 250.30
Both sized per 250.66
The way your drawing is you"d have 6 phase wire & Service Equipment Ground from 200amp to wireway as Grounding would end at the ist 200amp switch from there on be Equipment ground.
A better More detailed Drawing Required as I think you can see.
