Good for business.
This I feel puts us all on the same field.
I play by the rules and you should too.

Leland:
Looks similar to some of the NJ Board of Electrical Examinersmonthly meeting minutes.

Good to see other states waving the stick!

Sanford ... conducted himself in a manner deemed unprofessional by the Board.

That's interesting that there is a body that regulates electricians' conduct. I wonder what the rules are.

And then there's California, where there are more than 500 revocations listed on the Contractor's Newsletter.....in the Fall issue alone!!!

Scroll down to pages 11 through 15

They're not all electricians, though

Douglas L. Anshewitz, Rockland:
The Board revoked Mr. Anshewitz’s license by default for failure to answer the Board’s allegations. The Board alleged that he performed electrical work with an expired license.

How do you revoke an expired license?

Revoked vs expired
I think they are saying he can't just go down and pay money to reactivate it. Revoked implies you won't be getting it back. At least not any time soon and probably after a long fight.
Usually you can reinstate an expired license with money and proof of CEUs

Fla has a similar disciplinary hearing web page. Occasionally I will look at it.
