Megawatt. When we have to use scaffiold we always contract it out due to our insurance. Check with your insurance company to see if you would be covered in case of an accident. Second since they know what they are doing an they usually make less per hour than electrians so you'll probably come out better in the end. I do the same thing as the other poster, get the price from the scaffold company and add 10% to 15%.
