Interesting link. In order to reduce touch voltages this was the advice offered on construction site situations many years ago. What is being suggested is reasonable advice but that is probably all it will remain, advice!

Re; milking parlours. PME not advisable! There are situations on PME networks (as discussed above) where there can be a perception of electric shock. Animals are very susceptible to this. At the very least they could easily be spooked.Despite your reluctance, I would respectfully suggest a separate TT system. (Remember, if you choose a TT system the SWA gland should be effectively isolated from earth on your new installation).
