RODALCO,
In that last pic, are they them Wilco branded Weather-proof sockets you used to see here, but (obviously) with a Schuko outlet in them?.
Rated to IP 54, I think they were, I haven't used them in ages.
I prefer to use the PDL IP56 stuff if I can help it.

These are some interesting ways of doing things. If you want real amazement, try taking a photo trip to Tihijuana (sic) Mexico sometime. I went down there once with a van load of city electrical inspectors, and it was all anyone talked about for the next three days.

The cables are called NYM in Germany. Can be stapled to walls (typical residential update work), run on spacers or be installed in conduit like in the pictures (typical industrial style, also widely used in basements, garages,...).
Concerning the Schuko sockets... my personal guess would be IP44, no idea about the brand.
The wiring next to the red CEE socket is somewhat sloppy, but not too uncommon.

That meter enclosure makes me suspect a _real_ paranoid PoCo! I've never seen anything like that.
