It seems the 4-S/5-S box is not very well supported (and most likely doesn't have a blank cover)...S
Any more guesses?
PS, and it seems to be overfilled if I see the # and shape of those dumb romexes correctly.
BTW, NM cable is not restricted for use in commercial or industrial facilities by the NEC. (unless I'm wrong)Read the Code Book.

Joe, what about these?

1. NM Cable support - 334.30

2.Chapter 7 & 8 - 725.6, 880.6 Mechanical Execution of work.

3.Box support - 314.23

4. Maybe NM Cable through Firewall - 300.21

5. EMT support - 358.30

Where is the Fire Marshal?

Good start, and the list could grow, just look over your shoulder and in the next room.

The trouble with this type of work is there are usually no inspections, and most of the time the Fire Marshal may not be concerned.
