I was interested in the entry by Bill Addiss talking about the home inspector. As a new home inspector meself, I am interested in seeing the things you as professionals find as "cautionary" (at least), and am glad I came upon this forum! There was also mention of FPE and Zinsco panels/equipment. Can you give me some information sources for these so I may become more familiar with them?
