If that is a 200 amp,sub the wire feeding looks to be a little small, it is copper, but it looks like either there is a lot of potential load on that sub, or each outlet has it own breaker. I also wonder about the feed from the meter base. It looks like striped down SE cable, bare ground.
sparky66, Are you trying to tell us that you can't use metallic raceways for a service?
Redsy, I see no reason for a sealing hub where a raceway enters a raintight enclosure below the electrical equipment within the enclosure. Some utilities require that the GEC be landed in the meter can.
