So let's get this straight. We have an open grill ceiling with a Mall above, and below it is a toilet. Mounted mid-way twixt the two we have a small boat-propeller. So if anyone above drops a small coin, the fan hurls it like a miniature frisby to embed itself in your skull! Great!
I see the problem here, it is much too dusty in that bathroom. The janitors need to spend less time playing with the electrical system of the building and more time with the dust mops.
