Hey I have this fellow electrician. Who claims to have gotten no failures for not using the waterproof bubble very breakable covers. He uses a reference to hand book attended and unattended i`m not sure where he`s coming from but he says no more bubble covers for him. do you guys have a clue where he`s found a loop hole cause I`d like to jump through it also if it flies.
