Rob there are a few ways.
The the photo must be on a web server somewhere.
Joe has his own web space so I bet that is where his photo is stored.
If you put your mouse over a photo and right click then choose properties you can see the web address of any photo.
Here is the address of Joe's picture.
http://joetedesco.org/images/jt2005.jpg If you have your own pictures but no web space you can email them to any of the ECN moderators or Photos@Electrical-Contractor.net and we can post them for you.
Please include a good description of the photos and where you want them posted.
