We do 'question' the capabilities of HO's doing their own work. "Supply a detailed sketch of the new 200 amp service" is a common plan review/permit approval day.
Someone mentioned that the DIY HO has to own & live in the house for 1 year! HA....who is the timekeeper???
I get at least 2-3 during the 3 days I work that are funny....best one is either the 92 year old lady doing the 200 amp service upgrade.....or the unfortunate gent I spoke to today re: May '04 application requiring a sketch....he has to 'get help' to do the sketch....as he had a major stroke 2 month back.
