Just me, so far. I have gotten busier and my wife wants me to hire someone. I don't like the thought of someone counting on me to feed their family, so I am holding out.
It seems like the good help is working already and what is available is not worht hiring.
66, My hourly rate is $48 in MD, and was thinking of raising it to about $56. Although I have never worked at the Greenbrier so I guess you are still one up. Heck, I can't afford to go there for a weeekend, not that I have time. lol
