I was happy to find this work in progress!

It represents the work of a true "mechanic" --- the way in which the cables were secured, and the neat job gets my OK and it meets this rule.

110.12 Mechanical Execution of Work.
Electrical equipment shall be installed in a neat and workmanlike manner.
