That's funny because we are from the same town. I recently got a phone call from a lady whose electrician installed a illuminated switch on a single floresent fixture and it wound not light up.
It was a few weeks ago but was it in the kitchem?
My over the phone guess was the fixture had an electronic ballest that would not work with the bulb in the switch. And because it was a 3 way it limited other approaches to the problem.
