Aldav: I'll assume that: You probably have an 'old' pool, with brass pipe for the old wet niche light. You should be able to convert/extend the conduit to PVC (Female adaptor) to your deck box location.
Key is; what shape is the light cord in?? Can you locate the bond (if there' ever was one)?? Is there an existing deck box for the light??
