Our building has gen1 and gen3 carrier systems. We got some new software (carrier comfort network V3.0) to talk to the gen3 stats and it it seem like a piece of crap even compared to the old dos stuff. I have since learned that it can be setup with some graphical stuff. I just need to figure out how to import the CAD building drawings into the software and set it up.
