I just want to be clear these guys are my equals, I am not the boss, the only reason I was in charge was the fact that it was my on call week.

The 'boss' (the service manger) just left for the company to go out on his own, right now we are 'boss-less' however I did Nextel a VP to let him know what was going on and while he would not come and help us with tools he would help me get as much labor and materials as I needed.

The company does take excellent care of us, they do let us know that part of the companies success comes from our treatment of the customers.

When you have customers standing to lose thousands in product or sales a fast and professional response lets them relax.

It also keeps them calling us.
