I passed the California C-10 exam two years ago one month after I turned 23. They only require 7200 hours of experience. I was self employed during most of that time so they did not accept it, even though I had permits and other evidence for all of it. So I'm still waiting for my appeal in Superior Court on June 11th.

About the picture:
I'd slip a shorter piece of Rigid conduit over the rod and push down on the rod with the bucket [Linked Image], I've never tried it but it seems it would work.
