OK. I searched all over the site and this is all I could find about it.
http://www.energy.ca.gov/2005_stand...sure_information/2001-11-05_Gates-03.doc Let me see if I understand this right. It is a proposed measure for the 2005 Standard. It is voluntary now and will only become a requirement if passed at the July 2003 adoption proceedings.
If anyone has a good link I would appreciate it. I find that government site extremely hard to navigate!
