ASTM , NFPA, ASHRAE VS public.resource.org (the non-profit putting all the codes on archive.org for free public access)? It was in the courts for years, there have been other cases against public.resource.org in other district courts where public.resource won so its pretty cool to see the DC court concluded that Public Resource’s non-commercial posting of standards incorporated by reference is 'fair use',
