I am starting to read the Mike Holt and EC&M articles in the new code and the first one that grabbed me was NFPA requiring torque tools just about everywhere. I bet Ideal and Klein are ready to roll out some new "clicker" screwdrivers for binding screws and bus bars. Since they didn't actually specify any required calibration regimes or standards, I wonder how many guys will just count on the torque collar on their drill/driver?
My last 7 or 8 years in the computer biz we were ISO/9000 with standards and practices for just about everything including calibrating any tool that measured anything (certified labs, tracking logs etc) so I know this can get complicated if they want it to be.

What other changes do you see as being significant?
