Along with Ghost307 comments, the FCC also has a metal 'sheet' that goes over it, along with an adhesive tape.
If I remember from the last time I installed it, there's a underlayment, the FCC, an overlayment, the sheetmetal, and the wide tapelike cover.
Also, it is not an 'easy' install, but was a PITA!

edit: 4 min of the 30+min is enough for me.
Stuff I remember was similar, but a different mfg.
