Apopular retrofit is the LED 'light stix' that all the convenience stores are putting in the refrig cases. Both the chains (7-11, etc) and the locals are doing it.
LED 2x2 lay-ins do a very nice job, and LED site lights are in the parking lot and perimeter lighting.
