We did a rewire last week in an old industrial area that had been converted to housing,found the street mains to consist of 3 crossarms 3 wires on top from lighting,2 x 4 wires extremely thick cu,6 poles with links joining upper and lower consisting of 2 split bolts with links to upper and lower each side of the 33kV insulators,why the odd parallel arrangement ad why hv insulators for a 425v max circuit?
