I am right here. We have been very busy at work and I just forget every now and then to sign on. As for the grace period. I thought that we are suppose to enforce the newest code, UNLESS the contractor states on his permit that he wants to use the last code. The grace period is only good for 6 months. I usually check around this website for any news.
