Since I can't imagine this unit ever running at the same time as any other receptacle load in such a space...

I'd simply install a GFCI receptacle off of a lightly loaded circuit.
The 700 Watts are a joke considering the amount of time they'll be drawn.
I think these gadgets are going to make a big splash.
BTW, the warm seat is a huge seller.
It sells itself...
And flushes itself, too.
It also soft-closes.
These are the greatest gadgets since the disposal.
