I saw Festivus and LMAO. I always loved the Seinfeld show. I tried to get here sooner to wish everyone a Very Happy Holiday and a Very Happy and Healthy New Year. Here I am again, last man to the plate on Christmas Eve, trying to get things done. It has been a very busy month with inspections and personal obligations.
