I have tried Leviton, P&S, Grainger, and a bunch of others with no luck. For the amount of effort already expended, I think KJay's suggestion of a new range hood is the best bet. This customer is an older widower and I was trying to keep things simple and inexpensive. Thanks all for your input Dave
