OK they have a judgment, let's see them collect it.
I also wonder why a Louisiana judge is trying a Virginia case? Was the drywall traced to a Louisiana distributor? That would tend to verify my suspicion that all of this may get traced to a few ship loads that landed in New Orleans and Tampa. That does seem to be ground zero.
