This is one thing that annoys me about the way electronics manufacturing is heading, tried reading the value codes on SMD resistors and capacitors?
One good thing about the way safety glasses have progressed in their styling, is that you see a lot more younger people wearing them on building sites (even if they are on their caps when they don't need them on).
20 years ago, you would never have seen people with goggles on their heads unless they needed them, otherwise they would be relegated to the work truck, which meant you had to go and get them if you needed them, some people thought that was too much of a stretch, this is how eye injuries occur.
