Normally I would suggest contacting their tech support, but since Coleman Powermate closed their doors and filed for bankruptcy protection last May, I'm not sure if any tech support or service network exists anymore.
I know that Norwall, the company in the link below, used to carry Coleman Powermate because I have purchased Coleman equipment from them in the past.
Maybe you could try getting in touch with their tech support and see what happens. Good luck with it.
