maybe you should introduce yourself to the local electricial contractors (like many here).....
personnaly, i do not sell fixtures, genetartors or security systems,i do not need the service headaches.... so it works better for me to farm out to said specialized entities.
as of this writing, i have 3 lighting specialists,2 genny guys, and an alarm company i can count on and refer...

the alarm guys can install the smokes, low heat, and whatever else desired to operate via dialer , and have a central recieving station manned 24/7.)
