If Air Compressor is used only for blowing dust off in factory, do we need to install a FUSIBLE safety switch within sight of air compressor?
If so, would you refer to the NEC verse?
And How about in case of air conditioning compressor?
I mean I think I can install non-fusible safety switch for the disconnecting means for air compressor or air conditioning compressor.
After all this compressor circuit is connected to inverse circuit breaker in remote electrical room which provide overcurrent protection.
