I should have mentioned it in my OP. This is a crooked neutral as it pertains to electrical inspections and the electrical inspector when he sees...

D'oh, I just realized that only one line goes through the dollar sign, not two. The two straight lines would've indicated both phases, and of course the added 'S' the crooked neutral. Maybe I shouldn't post after having a few laugh
