electure you hit the nail on the head, except is wasn't the PVC, it was the RMC. The RMC sweep had about an 8 inch piece welded onto the end at the factory. The outside was nice and smoothed down but they forgot the INSIDE! There was a ridge of welding slag all the way around the inside about 3/8" thick, all jagged and sharp. The mandril got hung up on it so bad we couldn't retrieve it till we removed the sweep.

That's two things we got bad in two days. We also got the wrong panel, it was packed in the wrong box at the factory. When we called the supply house they started checking all of them, almost half were mis packed.

If it were not for the supply house rushing replacements to us in the field the day would have been a much bigger loss. Another good reason to trade at the supply house instead of "Big Orange The Time Waster".
