I've never heard of "LeTip", but it looks like BNI (Business Networks International)
www.bni.com , I'm a member of a local chapter in my area. We meet every Wednesday at 7:30AM and all sit around some tables in a circle and tell about our companies and what we do, then we give each other leads on potential customers. I've done OK with it, but my group seems geared more toward white collar businesses except me and a HVAC contractor.
