Trumpy, I think the Ministry will only act if somebody raises a complaint. In this case Rodalco is saying that Vector is doing just that.
Vector has more HV overhead lines over suburbia than any other PoCo. Vector probably has had the most trouble with these party poppers.
It would be nice if the Ministry coud assess every product BEFORE it's imported. But thats not practical.
I doubt the Ministry would've predicted the danger of these party poppers even if they had a chance to review them before anyone imported them.
