Mike, there are over 38,000 NZ electrical workers licenced on the EWB Register, which is a legal NZ requirement for any person carrying out electrical work of any description, for pay or reward.
The Register is open to view by the general public and employers on-line or by direct contact, since its purpose is to protect NZ citizens from untrained persons creating possible hazards. Even a trained and fully accredited electrical worker can be prosecuted by the EWB if they carry out such paid work without first being registered.
Sorry, but as it stands, from the viewpoint of a citizen or prospective employer, you do not have any NZ practicing electrical licences, since you are not on the EWB Register.
