Well, he WAS trying to help. Sometimes things just don't work out quite as you expected.
I can only imagine the problems the landlords have with tenants in less well off districts. Earlier today two alcoholics were fighting below my window and broke a shop window in the process. I don't want to know what it is like having to deal with these people as tenants.
